Manawa is a digital platform that facilitates connections between clients (individuals or professionals) and independent service providers (cleaning, repair, transportation, tutoring, etc.).

2. Account Creation

To use our services, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Create a personal account with accurate and up-to-date information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Each account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Services Offered

Clients can:

• Search and request a service via the app

• Book a provider based on availability

• Rate the service after completion

Providers can:

• Receive job requests

• Accept or reject tasks

• Be rated by clients

4. User Commitments

Clients:

• Provide clear and accurate booking details (location, time, description)

• Be present at the agreed time

• Pay for services through the platform

• Use the platform lawfully and fairly

Providers:

• Deliver professional, timely service

• Respect displayed prices

• Behave respectfully with clients

• Avoid bypassing the platform to avoid fees

5. Payments and Fees

Payments are made via:

• Mobile money

• Bank card

• Cash (in eligible areas)

Manawa charges a service fee on each successful transaction, deducted from the client’s payment. The remaining amount is transferred to the provider as scheduled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logo, design, texts, images) is the exclusive property of Manawa and protected by law.

9. Liability

Manawa acts solely as a technical intermediary.
We are not responsible for the actual execution of services but will assist in resolving any reported disputes.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Manawa reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete an account in cases of:

• Misconduct or dangerous behavior

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions

• Repeated complaints or poor ratings

11. Modifications to the Terms
