Cancellation and Refund Policy — Manawa.ci

At Manawa.ci, we are committed to offering a fair and transparent experience to both users and service providers. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund conditions for services booked through our platform.


🔁 Cancellation by the client

  • Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 1 hour before the scheduled service time.

  • Late cancellation: If you cancel less than 1 hour before the service, a 30% fee of the total cost may be applied.

  • Cancellation after provider arrival: No refund will be issued once the provider has arrived on site.


🕐 Cancellation by the provider

If a provider cancels your service, we will either assign you a replacement as soon as possible or offer you a full refund if you choose to cancel the request.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment method.

  • In case of non-performance or proven dissatisfaction, a full or partial refund may be considered after reviewing your claim.

  • Cash payments are non-refundable once the service has started or is completed.
