🔧 Using the Platform

How do I book a service?

  1. Download the Manawa app on Android or iOS

  2. Create your account in just a few steps

  3. Choose the service you need (cleaning, repairs, transport…)

  4. Enter your address, preferred time, and confirm the request

  5. A qualified service provider will be automatically assigned to you

Can I choose my provider?
To ensure speed and availability, the system assigns a nearby, verified and well-rated provider. However, you may decline the proposal if it doesn't suit you.

How do I pay?
Payments are made securely via the app using mobile money, bank card, or cash — depending on your location and preferences.

How can I join Manawa?

  1. Sign up for free at www.manawa.ci

  2. Complete your profile and list your services

  3. Our team verifies your details

  4. Once approved, you’ll start receiving job requests

What are the requirements to join?

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Own a smartphone with internet access

  • Provide valid ID

  • Show proof of skills (experience, photos of work, client feedback, etc.)


📦 My Bookings & Services

How can I track my order?
Once your request is confirmed, you'll receive notifications. You can track the provider’s arrival and get real-time updates.

What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel freely within a certain time window. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to penalties.

How do I rate a provider?
After the service is completed, you’ll be prompted to rate and leave a comment. Your feedback helps maintain quality on the platform.
